After 16 remarkable years of thrilling downhill skateboarding and unforgettable community gatherings, we regret to announce that KnK Longboard Camp will not be held in 2025. Rising organizational costs and significant changes within our team have led us to make this difficult decision.
Over the years, KnK Longboard Camp has grown into more than just an event; it has become a home for longboarders from around the world, fostering friendships, creating memories, and advancing the sport of downhill skateboarding. We are incredibly grateful for the unwavering support of our participants, sponsors, and team members who have contributed to making KnK an iconic event.
However, the landscape of event organization has shifted, with rising costs presenting substantial challenges. Additionally, some of our key team members, including course marshals and team leaders, have decided to move on to new chapters in their lives. Their contributions over the years have been invaluable, and their absence creates a significant gap in our operations.
Faced with these challenges, we believe it is in the best interest of the community and the event to take a step back, reassess, and prepare for a stronger return in 2026. This break will allow us to realign our resources, rebuild our team, and ensure that KnK Longboard Camp continues to deliver the exceptional experience it is known for.
